Our main goal is the quality conformity of our products and services to the customers requirements, the increase of our company competition for the further development in the interests of the shareholders, the stuff and the society. Such goal is achieved according to the following principles:

Orientation toward a customer

We assist the successful activity of our customers producing the products necessary for them and taking into consideration their requirements. The customer has a decisive vote in our products and services estimation.

Process approach

Each worker of our enterprise influence on a quality. At our plant every employee considers his working colleague as an internal customer. Everybody is responsible for the quality of his work before internal and external customers.

Susceptibility to novel and constant improvement

We are striving to do something new and necessary, not out-of-date but habitual. We are ready to improve constantly our work, to renew our business-processes in order to satisfy varying demands of our customers in the terms of a competitive market.

The team of Volzhsky Orgsynthese, JSC undertakes to realize the present Policy and to improve the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

Process Approach

Each process is managed by a processor who:

• Determines the effectiveness indices;
• Evaluates a process;
• Plans the improvement measures;
• To develop corrective/preventing measures in case of non-conformities.

Соответствие требованиям FAMI QS

Для осуществления сертификации на соответствие стандарту FAMI-QS был заключен контракт с Органом сертификации TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH.

Следуя принципам Политики в области качества Volzhsky Orgsynthese, JSC и выполняя пожелания потребителей, руководством предприятия было принято решение провести сертификацию производства метионина кормового на соответствие требованиям стандарта FAMI-QS. Для этого были проведены соответствующие мероприятия по внедрению Европейского кодекса по применению кормовых добавок и премиксов на предприятии.

Внедрение кодекса имеет целью обеспечение безвредности кормовых добавок, ведение коммерческой деятельности в соответствии с европейскими требованиями по гигиене кормов и улучшение прослеживания и проходит с использованием системы управления качества ИСО 9001:2008 и с 28 августа по 30 августа 2007 г. прошел сертификациионный аудит производства метионина кормового.

Сертификационный аудит, проведенный сотрудником Органа сертификации г-ном Херрманном, показал полное соответствие системы менеджмента производства метионина требованиям стандарта FAMI-QS. 15 ноября 2007 г. Volzhsky Orgsynthese, JSC получил сертификат соответствия FAMI-QS. Сертификат является действительным в течение трех лет, при условии получения положительных результатов при проведении годовых наблюдательных аудитов на предприятии, начиная с даты выдачи сертификата.
